Both the Onoala and Sol Space are designed to comfortably accommodate:
● Approximately 4–5 setup stations for pop-ups and creator activations per room
● Up to 10 guests or participants at a time, depending on the booking type and setup
Larger productions, workshops, or events may require prior approval and additional coordination.
The spaces can be used for:

If your intended use falls outside these categories, management approval may be required.

All bookings must be made through the official 707 Creator House booking platform: the 707 Artistry Website
To confirm a booking:
● Select your preferred space
● Choose your preferred date and time
● Complete payment
● Receive booking confirmation
Bookings are available from ₦20,000 per hour.
A minimum of 48 hours pre-booking is required.
Please note that bookings are not guaranteed until payment has been received and confirmed.
707 Creator House operates between:
11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Bookings can be made in hourly blocks within operating hours.
Last Booking Start Time
The final available one-hour booking slot begins at:
4:00 PM
This allows all sessions to conclude within standard operating hours.
For extended sessions or special requirements outside these hours, prior approval may be required.
Yes.
Subject to availability, creators and brands can request access to both the Onoala and Sol Space for larger productions, events, or activations.
707 Creator House is designed to provide creators with a functional working environment from the moment they arrive.

Equipment availability remains subject to prior reservation and operational demand.
Not necessarily.
Most creators can begin working immediately using the standard equipment provided within their booking.
However, creators are welcome to bring their own equipment if preferred.
For advanced production requirements, premium equipment options are also available upon request.

Yes. A refundable caution fee of ₦10,000 applies when using our studio lighting equipment.
All caution fee payments and refunds are processed on Fridays, subject to equipment inspection and confirmation that all items have been returned in good condition.
Yes.
The Godox AD600 is available as a premium lighting option for professional photography and commercial productions.

Availability is subject to prior reservation and confirmation.
Bookings are charged according to the duration selected during checkout.
If additional time is required beyond the approved booking period, overtime charges may apply.
Overtime Rates
● Onoala: ₦30,000 per additional hour
● Sol Space: ₦25,000 per additional hour
MUA Workstations
MUA Workstation bookings are charged on a daily access basis.
Standard access runs within Creator House operating hours and creators are expected to conclude all sessions, pack up, and vacate their workstation before closing time.
Where an additional hour is approved by management, an overtime fee of ₦5,000 will apply. Please note that workstation overtime is limited to a maximum of one additional hour and
remains subject to operational availability. Overtime remains subject to:
● Space availability
● Operational scheduling
● Management approval
Where another booking is scheduled immediately after, overtime may not be available. All overtime fees must be settled before departure.
Yes.
Both spaces are designed to support:
● Curated pop-ups
● Brand activations
● Community-led experiences
● Creator showcases
● Product launches
Participation in larger community events may still be subject to approval and curation.
For community events and pop-ups:
● Refreshments and catering may be handled directly by 707 or approved partners
● External food vendors may require prior approval

● Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a booking may not qualify for refunds
● Rescheduling requests remain subject to availability and management approval
No. All bookings and memberships are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the approved creator, business, or brand attached to the reservation.

All bookings remain subject to availability.
